To all our Customers and Friends
Our park is temporarily closed from 22nd March until 30th April 2020.
We know you have concerns about the current Coronavirus situation and how this affects your planned holiday at Little Trevothan. These are unprecedented times, and we are having to make difficult decisions and take actions which were unimaginable just a short time ago. We made the decision to close our park on 20th March, and this was closely followed by the British Holiday and Home Parks Association recommendation to all their members to close the gates for the time being. This supports the Government’s social distancing measures, and all but essential travel policy to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and protect the NHS as far as possible, which we fully support.
We have set a time-scale for the closure to allow us to look at bookings in this period initially, and are contacting our customers directly to discuss the options.
A closure such as this puts huge financial pressure on a small business like ours, and we are hopeful that our guests will choose an alternative holiday date or receive a credit note to use either later this season or during 2021.
We are constantly monitoring the situation, and will look at our May bookings in mid-April. We are keeping this date under constant review and will continue to act on the latest advice from the relevant authorities.
We have cancelled all balance payment reminders for all 2020 bookings made through our website and directly with us.
We have also closed our booking system up to 1st July, until we have clearer guidance on when we may re-open.
We know this is an uncertain time for our guests, so please do get in touch if we can help in any way – email@example.com. This page will be updated as soon as further information is made available to us.
We would like to thank you all for your understanding and support at this time, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Little Trevothan as soon as the situation allows.
Wishing you all good health until we see you again, from all the Little Trevothan family.
