PERPREAN – 3 BEDROOM HOLIDAY CARAVAN, CORNWALL

Inside our fantastic Perprean three-bedroomed holiday home you'll find a bright and airy living space which offers plenty of seating and a fixed dinette. 

The kitchen is u-shaped and is fitted with an oven and hob, fridge freezer and microwave oven.

There are front opening doors which lead onto a spacious decked area complete with outdoor seating.

The main bedroom has en-suite facilities and with double glazing and central heating is ideal for holidays whatever the season.

This holiday caravan is suitable for having a travel cot in the main bedroom.

The Perprean is a large 12 x 39 feet model and occupies Pitch S20.

Available from 1st March until 31st December.

First Rate Holiday for those seeking Peace and Quiet

"This is very well cared for and friendly site. It is in a quiet, peaceful, rural setting with several separate camping, touring and static areas. There is a large playing field with apparatus and plenty of space. There is also a games room with pool and table football etc.

Coverack village and harbour is about one mile away down a narrow road. The village has a couple of bars, restaurants and a pretty harbour.

Just a few miles away are many interesting sites such as Lizard Point, the Goonhilly Earth Station, Goonhilly Down Nature Reserve, RNAS helicopter base at Culdrose (with a public viewing area), the town of Helston and many others.

We visited several National Trust properties during our stay.

The holiday caravan was extremely clean, had comfortable beds, and well appointed kitchen, dining and lounge areas.

We appreciated the gated balcony as we have a dog, and parking for one car beside the unit."
